Andrew
Shakman is President,
CEO of LeanPath, Inc, where he is responsible for general management
and works closely with leaders in foodservice and hospitality.
Previously, Andrew was President and CEO of Nine Dots, a consulting
firm serving clients including Nestle USA, Quaker Oats, and Dole
Food Co. He currently chairs the board of the Software Association
of Oregon Foundation and is a Trustee of the Thacher School. Andrew
earned his BA at Stanford University and an MFA from the University
of Southern California.

Dr.
Douglas Powell/span> is
an associate professor at Kansas State University. His lab, the
International Food Safety Network, seeks innovative ways to compel
everyone in the farm-to-fork food safety system -- individual
producers, retail employees, and consumers, among others -- to
acknowledge and adopt best practices to reduce the risk of foodborne
illness.
Coco
Frey, founder and principal of Eat the Truth, LLC holds a
Bachelors degree from Texas Woman’s University in Food and Nutrition
in the Business and Industry and a minor in Entrepreneurship. With
almost ten years of experience in the nutrition, natural foods, and
supplementation industry; she has worked in a wellness center and a
clinical nutrition department of a university hospital.
